Cranberries have a Oxygen Radical Absorbance Capacity, or ORAC value of 9584 ORAC units per 100 grams of fresh fruit, cranberries have the highest antioxidant capacity when compared to 19 common fruits. So if the acai berry has a larger antioxidant level then cranberries, by default it’s more affective against free radicals and more affective in the aid of weight loss, making the acai berry one of the best foods for weight loss in the world.
